Woke up with a calm day and light fog surrounding us. We left before 10:00 am, as the fog was still hanging here and there. We saw Minke whales, Balugas, Harbor porpoises and harbor seals. Hard to avoid them. We were stopped by the coast guards who reminded us about distance rules with marine mammals and handed us a set of playing cards with whales on it!

The weather held very well, cool but sunny. We are not going fast, but hope to make it by 5pm.

Update: we decided to move further up the coast, given the good weather. The best next spot was Colombier. Anchor is really nice, you can feel the tidal waves but it isn't bad.
