We were told that maybe a small harbor on the bay side of the parc would accommodate us. The weather was pretty good and we followed the peninsula. Admiring the cliff and the light house. We were stopped by the Canadian Mounted police (on boat). They checked our identity, after showing our ArriveCan app, they saw we were legals and let us continue.

We headed for the harbor but really too narrow of an entry, so plan B. We had seen a good depth to anchor nearby, so we headed there. As we were setting our anchor, our friends from Rincon Feliz called us to tell us that they could see us:)

Their boat is at a slip at Gaspe and had rented a car to do excursions in the area. We knew about that but we hadn't scheduled anything as we were not sure if we do this or go straight to Perce. What a wonderful surprise. We brought our dinghy to the nearby beach and had a lunch at the picnic table.

We spent the afternoon hiking, viewing waterfalls and observing birds. A wonderful time together.

We returned to our boat for dinner. The boat was rolling some overnight but it wasn't too bad.
