Returned from Philadelphia on the 8th in the afternoon. We stayed on the mooring ball overnight. Friday moved to dock. Sandy was delayed doing the installation as he hadn't received the equipment. This he hadn't told us about it. Before 2pm they showed up and it took until 7pm to install.

Saturday morning Sandy was coming to do the sea wizard calibrations. Was supposed to take 1hr...6 hours later still couldn't have a proper calibration...Sandy drove us to do grocery shopping. Returned to the boat which we had set back on the mooring ball. Garmin is closed on the weekend, we will have to wait Monday morning to get hold of support. Frustrating doesn't even come close. At least beautiful weather and sunset.

Since last posting, some marginal progresses were made but still the autopilot is not properly calibrated as we cannot perform an autotune. The weather since Wednesday has been too windy to proceed. Thursday I went grocery shopping with a fellow boater at the marina, we had an oil change. The wind was so bad in the afternoon that we ended up staying at the fuel dock overnight. We left this morning, Friday before the wind rised up again to move to the moooring ball. Optimistlically, we thought why not attempt another autune in the nearby cove that provides more protection. Well, our autotunes failed and the conditions were not that calm. We returned to the mooring, and had a very hard time to catch the mooring line to attach it to the boat. In the process we lost our hook. Happily we had another option for the hook, not optimal but at least we were able to grab the second line from the buoy to secure the boat. We are not moving until tomorrow morning, Saturday, when we are finally setting sail (engines) back to our planned route. We spent a fair amount of time, using Windy app, to determine our upcoming trips: Saturday, a long stretch to Shelburne (Lockport), stay on Sunday due to weather that day. Monday, Lockport to Yarmouth, stay there one more day due to weather. Finally, weather remaining acceptable we would cross the Bay of Fundy on Wednesday, Sept 21st from Yarmouth to Southwest (near Bar Harbor, Maine).
