Left early as our rafting neighbors (Steve and Pat of the Karen D) needed to leave by 6 am to reach PEI with a good enough wind window.

So we saw the sun rise:)

It turned out to be good also for us, eventhough we were going in the opposite direction, the SW wind was also building up particularly as we reached the Cape St George. Ballantynes Cove marina is just around the corner from the cape. It was a tight fit but we managed the tying up. At first we were not too frilled as there was no water faucets and the electric post outlet was not compatible with our electric cable. We asked the kid in charge of the marina today and he told us that there were no adapters available. So on a heat warning day, that meant no A/C. However, after lunch when Harvey had left to drop the trash, I noticed that the sailor who had left for Halifax had left behind the adapter. Great! We set it up and it worked! We have A/C. It is 94 deg. feeling like 104 deg. So we are not going for the hike, as we had plan and we will wait a cooler evening to walk out, hopefully...no one is claiming the adapter! Plus the internet is somewhat working:)
